Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in staff training in fashion retail (with luxury segment brands);
• practical experience work in sales with live traffic, as well as a cold client base;
• leadership qualities, the ability to rally a team and charge for results;
• the availability of your own training base of materials, readiness for self-development.

Responsibilities:

• training for staff on various topics (brand history, sales techniques, psychological techniques when working with clients etc.);
• work with the client base (distribution between employees, setting tasks for processing, quality control);
• mentoring for personnel (assistance in solving complex cases, working with clients, setting for a positive mood and working atmosphere);
• reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.
