Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri

Obov' responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies.
• Organization and conducting of interviews.
• Formation and support of personnel reserve.< /li>
• Adaptation of new employees.
• Coordination of the training and development process of personnel.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and ensuring its compliance with legislation.
• Implementation and support corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Communication and business communication skills;
• Love for people and desire to work;
• Ability to work with office equipment and programs (MS Office);
• Responsibility, punctuality, attentiveness to details.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
