HR manager in Medilyuks, TOV

Treatment and diagnostic center "MEDILUX" in connection with active development in the search for an HR manager

Responsibilities:
-Support of internal HR processes (onboarding, management accounting, personnel development);

-Support of new hires during training and staff adaptation; Maintenance of documentation and candidate database, employment statistics and analytics (entering data into Google spreadsheets);

-Independent management of individual vacancies (up to 5);

-Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies of the company regarding personnel hiring;

-Providing staff with advice on their requests. 

-Knowledge of modern personnel search methods;

-Practical experience of managing several diverse vacancies at the same time;

-Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates; Excellent communication and organizational skills;

-High responsibility and result orientation. 

-Five-day working week (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.);

-Comfortable working conditions (generator, storage, and others);
