- Managing the full cycle of recruitment : planning, recruitment, selection and adaptation of personnel
- Responsibility together with the center of expertise for the development of programs of training, development, professional development of personnel and their implementation
- Responsibility together with the center of expertise for talent management, building and implementing a system of succession, mentoring, internal coaching
- Responsibility together with the expertise center for personnel evaluation, development, if necessary, and involvement of new personnel evaluation tools
- Responsibility together with the expertise center for the system rewards and motivation of personnel
- Responsibility for the implementation of team-building activities and the development of programs for the formation of corporate culture
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of ideas to improve the employer brand
- Responsibility for development of programs to retain the best employees
- Responsibility together with the expertise center for the implementation of organizational development measures
- Responsibility for the initiation and presentation of internal and external HR analytics
- Participation in automation of HR functions

- You have experience in managing the HR function for more than 2 years
- You know modern HR methods
- You have knowledge of labor economics, labor economics, rationing, systems payroll and FOP optimization, experience in developing and implementing KPI
- You have experience in implementing projects in the field of anti-crisis management of human resources
