HR manager in BeerMarket

We, the company "BeerMarket"< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">, we are looking for an energetic and responsible Personnel Manager (warehouse) for our team!
Main Responsibilities:< /span>

• Active search and recruitment of candidates for warehouse vacancies with relevant skills and experience for the company ;
• Conducting interviews, assessing the skills of candidates and their suitability for positions;
• Assistance of candidates throughout the entire hiring process — from initial contact to employment;
• Conducting adaptation measures, supporting new employees during the trial period;
• Formation of document packages for hiring new employees for transfer to the personnel department;
• Organization of corporate events for employees.

What we expect from you:

• 1 year of experience in recruiting;
• High sociability and result-oriented;
