Medical laboratory "Analytika" invites aHR manager to our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and implementation personnel recruitment process.
• Search and selection of employees for vacancies of various levels.
• Posting of vacancies on job search sites.
• Development and implementation of motivational programs and employee evaluation systems .
• Organization of the process of adaptation and training of employees.
• Management of corporate culture and implementation of corporate values.
• Building of the employee evaluation process, including management by objectives (KRI).
• Planning and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Improving the quality of interaction and communication within the team.
• Internal reporting.
• Participation in the development and implementation of corporate events.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (in the field of medicine will be an advantage).
• Successful experience in closing vacancies at various levels .
• Skills for conducting a structured interview.
• A confident PC user.
• Knowledge of employee recruitment, development and training methods.
• Orientation on the result.
• Developed communication skills.
• Competent oral and written language.
