Responsibilities:

• search and selection of personnel (for the main enterprise and its branches),
• personnel accounting of the enterprise's employees (staff - 200 employees) using the software "1C:CORP".
• organization of personnel administration (registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine; formation and management of personal files; development and implementation of regulations on departments and job instructions; development of the staff list and organizational structure of the enterprise; issuing a certificate of employment; drawing up and monitoring the observance of the annual leave schedule; drawing up monthly work schedules and time sheets; organizing military service records of conscripts, etc and conscripts in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine,
• control over the training of certain categories of personnel,
• control over compliance with the labor legislation of Ukraine and personnel procedures of the Head Office (city Kyiv),
• submission of statistical reports and preparation of monthly reports for the Head Office.
