Duties:
- Provision of personnel administration and implementation of military accounting;
< li>Help in closing the production staff; span>- Writing and implementation of regulations and instructions necessary for effective work, and distribution of functionality among employees;
- Formation of a culture of openness, effectiveness and mutual assistance in production;
- Participation in the HR process automation project;
- Participation in project groups for writing regulations on VP;
- Supporting the life cycle of an employee in a trusted direction (Onboarding, Adaptation, 1on1s, Exit Interview etc);
- Help managers and team members solve urgent HR issues.
Requirements:
- Higher education in personnel management;
- Mandatory experience in a similar position;
- Professional communication skills for conducting interviews, being able to relieve mental tension, set the person up for conversation, calm and support;
- Mandatory knowledge of technologies and methodology for HR functions,management systems, methodology for writing business processes and regulations; various evaluation systems, etc.
- Personnel administration, knowledge of labor legislation. Knowledge of military accounting;
- Availability of a car and driving experience.

- Working schedule Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30, lunch break 12:00-13:00;
