We are looking for a personnel adaptation manager for the Group enterprise - Zaporizhstal.
What it is necessary to:
- support the processes of personnel adaptation, maintenance during the period of mobilization, service and after demobilization;
- organize and control systematic communication/contact with by employees and their families during mobilization, military service and after demobilization through independent communication or communication through the manager, colleagues of the mobilized/demobilized employee;
- collect, consolidate and enter information into the enterprise accounting system (SAP, Oracle and others);
- prepare analytical reports on the processes of adaptation and work with personnel;
- support the chatbot for adaptation and monitor the filling of feedback questionnaires with new employees.

Our expectations:
- availability of higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology;
- work experience in the field of HR from 1 year and experience in public speaking and conducting presentations;
- experience in working with adaptation programs, including the adaptation of veterans;
- have work skills with accounting systems (SAP). Knowledge of MS Office;
- experience in building analytical reports and using analytics systems.
