HR manager in ASD-logistik, PP

We are looking for a responsible and focused HR manager to join our friendly team.

We consider  no experience!

Responsibilities:

• Posting vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates;
• Organizing and conducting induction and adaptation training for new employees;
• Development and implementation of a staff motivation system;
• Counseling of employees on internal company regulations.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. :00
• Salary: from UAH 40,000 (with knowledge of English from B1, rate from 55,000)
• Premium parts depending on the performance of assigned tasks and work results.

• Good communication skills, telephone and interview skills
• Active listening skills used in interviews and communication with employees
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
• High efficiency and organization
