Responsibilities:

• Search, selection and evaluation of candidates who not only meet our requirements, but also complement the company culture;
• Conducting interviews to reveal the potential of each candidate;
• Maintaining the candidate database and keeping it up-to-date;< /li>
• Helping newcomers adapt to the team - so that they feel at home from the first day.
• Management of personnel documentation.
• Management of personnel records, admission, transfer, transfer, management of personnel files, development of internal regulatory documents, participation in the development of automatic personnel workflow processes, drawing up a schedule of vacations (main, additional), formation of analytical reporting on personnel , preparation of personnel reports to state bodies, interaction with accounting on financial calculations for personnel, consultation of employees on personnel issues (issuance of certificates, copies).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of work in the field of personnel administration from 2 years
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of personnel
• Knowledge of the normative legislative framework (Labor Laws).

• High responsibility, organization and attention to details
