Analyst of the Compensation and Benefits Department in Kredi Agrikol, bank

Functional duties:

• Participation in the development of procedures and policies (including policy rewards taking into account the requirements of NBU Resolution 153, 189) ;
• Grading (experience in research analysis labor market and wages);
• Participation in the budgeting process and analysis of personnel costs;
• Analysis and assessment of the structure and number of personnel, preparation of reports;
• Calculation of salaries, bonuses and allowances for employees;
• Development of bonus systems and incentive schemes;< /li>
• Formation of data/proposals for the review of the level of SP (budget, fact, market);

Requirements for candidates:

• Complete higher education; 
• Sufficient PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel ( advance level), Power Point);
• Knowledge of Power BI and MS Access will be an advantage;
• Experience work in a similar position;
• Proficiency in English (not below Intermediate);
• Responsibility, self-organization, attentiveness;
• Ability and desire to work in a team.
