We are looking HR Manager. You will be engaged in:

• Development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies
• Recruitment process management
• Management of new employee adaptation processes
• Development and implementation of professional development and training programs
• Monitoring the level of employee satisfaction and resolving internal conflicts
• Organization of corporate events and support of corporate culture
• Formation and analysis of HR reporting

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in HR management from 2 years, experience in HoReCa welcomes
• In-depth knowledge in the field of personnel management and labor law
• Experience in the development and implementation of personnel training and development programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of modern HR tools and personnel evaluation methods
• High level of self-organization and analytical abilities
