Business trainer, personnel training specialist in izibank

We are currently looking for a Contact Center Business Trainer who will help our operators develop, improve communication with customers and provide them with better service.

We are waiting from you:

• Work experience in the field of training and development of contact center specialists from 1 year;
• Ability to structure, systematize and transfer knowledge;
• Developed communication and public speaking skills;
• Skills of distance learning and testing;
• Skills of managing group dynamics;
• Skills of creating educational material in digital formats;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Organizational skills;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Desirable:

• Experience in banking or finance.

What needs to be done:

• Develop training programs, skill assessment tests and methodological materials for Contact Center specialists;
• Conduct basic training for Contact Center employees;
• Participate in monitoring the quality of operators’ work, provide feedback and draw up new training programs based on the results;
• Conduct in-depth training, training programs and workshops for Contact Center specialists;
• Maintain the involvement of the entire group in the training process;
• Use modern platforms for conducting training;
• Develop training materials and presentations;
• Identify training needs.
