Responsibilities:< /strong>
Training and development
- Execution of administrative tasks for local training (organization and support of training sessions, work in the internal training management system ( LMS system)
- Preparation and monitoring of training statistics
- Maintenance of internal files on international certifications of employees
- Communication with employees on training issues
Wellness programs and other benefits
- Organization of various wellness program events
- Communication with external vendors and speakers
- Communication with employees, maintaining a wellness digest
- Assisting other HR colleagues as needed
Requirements:
< li>Previous work experience in HR is an advantage, but not mandatory- Graduate or student of 3-6 years
- Fluent command of English and Ukrainian languages
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Initiative, organization and flexibility
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
