What you will do: hiring, onboarding, exit interview yu (processes are automated); administration of team chats (adding new employees and deleting those who have left, birthday greetings); administration of employee databases (working with Google Sheets, in the future - databases in CRM); involvement in document flow (signing of standardized of existing agreements with candidates before starting cooperation, storing agreements on Google Drive) communication with team members on salary issues (the role of HR is to receive information from the financial department and pass it on to employees, remind about payment deadlines and check the request for compliance with company policies).
