Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding and adaptation, development, performance review, performance evaluation, employee retention and offboarding. Conduct one to one meetings, monitor the passage of trial and adaptation periods. Implement and support HR policies, procedures and internal regulations in accordance with agency values and business goals. Advise employees and managers on HR issues, performance management, feedback, complex communications and conflict resolution. Work with staff involvement and employee experience: initiate HR activities, surveys, internal communications, maintain a healthy microclimate in teams. Participate in talent development, career growth, personnel reserve formation and succession planning. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, efficiency) and provide recommendations for business.
