Typesetting designer in Variant-T

We are a stable printing company specializing in the production of printed products for Ukrainian and international clients. We work with commercial, advertising and corporate printing, as well as with customers from abroad, so we are looking for a typewriter designer with knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Development of design and layout of printed products: booklets, catalogs, flyers, business cards, posters, brochures, packaging, POS materials.

• Preparation layouts for printing in accordance with technical requirements (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, profiles).

• Working with edits from clients and project managers.

• Communication with English-speaking clients (correspondence, clarification of edits, technical details).

• Adaptation of designs for different formats and media.

• Checking layouts before going to print.

• Interaction with the printing house and the internal team.

Requirements

• Experience of working as a typesetting designer in polygraphy from 1 year.

• Confident command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Understanding of offset and digital printing.

• Knowledge of prepress preparation.

• English language - level not lower than Intermediate (for written and basic oral communication).

• Attention to details, responsibility, meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work with a large volume of tasks.

• Availability of a portfolio (required).

Will be an advantage

• Experience working with foreign clients.

• Knowledge of the basics of branding.

• Skills in working with Figma or CorelDRAW.

• Experience in layout of multi-page publications.
