We are looking for aHead of HR Operations (Global); font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> the person who will build a unified, standardized and scalable HR operational ecosystem for a company with an international presence. The role is key: standardizing the HR function, auditing processes, implementing HRIS and creating a training base for teams in different countries.Your main mission is to build a single HR operational ecosystem: processes, systems, data and training.
This role is for HR professionals who like order and want to influence the scale.
Your tasks will be:- Comprehensive audit of HR Ops processes in all countries of presence: on-boarding, off-boarding, changes in status, etc.
implementation of uniform standards of HR operations at the global level from levelprotection of local peculiarities.Choosing, configuring and implementing the HRIS system (Zoho People / PeopleForce or finding an alternative)
- HRIS integrations with other enterprise systems (ATS, financial and operational tools).
- Coordinating local HR specialists and ensuring a unified approach to HR processes.
- Close interaction with Global Operations, Talent Acquisition, Data, Finance and other teams processes, data and systems.
Preparation of L&D documentation for roles and teams (guidelines, instructions, SOP, training materials).
- Analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes, preparation of regular reports and recommendations for management.

- Experience in transformational or large-scale projects. none">Practical experience with HRIS systems (Zoho People, or similar).
Experience in auditing HR processes and subsequent standardization.
Strong process thinking and system thinking skills.
