Requirements:

• Experience of working as a researcher or recruiter on a freelance/project basis from 6 months.< /li>
• Understanding the candidate search process through databases, LinkedIn, social networks and other professional platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates at the initial stages.
• Self-organization and attention to detail - the ability to meet deadlines and ensure a quality search.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in the search of sales managers .

Duties:

• Search for candidates for the sales department (working with other junior vacancies is also possible).
