- You have 2+ years of HR manager experience

- You know and are able to work with HR processes

- Objectivity, rationality and angelic patience

- You know how to understand everyone, you don't hang "labels"

- 2 years of HRgeneralist work experience +

- Speaks fluently and can easily conduct a written dialogue in English

- On "you" with Boolean Search, X-ray, LinkedIn, Djinni

- You have a black belt in closing igaming positions!

Your magical tasks:

- Recruiting in the company and evaluation of candidates< /p>

- Administration (vacation, sick leave, official documentation). PeopleForce to help :)

- Work with employee experience: from onboarding to offboarding

- Conduct HR audit, research and create HR strategy

- Work with engagement and burnout

- Management of changes and implementation of HR projects

- Retention of employees and work with turnover

- Organization of festive events and monthly informal meetings with the team
