We are currently looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for the company's HR processes and recruiting.

WE ARE IMPORTANT about the future Colleagues:
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Experience and willingness to engage in recruiting;
- Love for the HR field and practical skills in building/reformatting effective processes;
>- Experience of organizing and conducting online team meetings will be a plus;
- Understanding of onboarding of the profession, 1to1 meetings, performance review, exit interview, etc.;
- Experience of keeping personnel records and document flow, which applies to company employees;
- Knowledge and practical experience with accounting systems (1C/KUP), automation systems (ATS/HRMS), job sites, etc. will be a plus;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations and successfully conduct negotiations;
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES provided for by this position:
- Managing HR processes in the company, building or reformatting to increase the employer's brand;
- Organization and holding of online and offline team events/meetings;
- Management of the full recruiting cycle;
- Support of company employees during "life in the company »;
- Keeping records of employees in the BAS/KUP system and tables, updating the organizational structure;
- Budgeting by direction;
- Automationtion of processes, submission of ideas for improvement;
- Interaction with managers/directors of areas/departments, all employees on the level of job satisfaction in the company, promotion of its improvement.
