Open position in a manufacturing facility: HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to become an important part of our team and take on all key HR functions. This role includes management of recruitment, onboarding, staff motivation, corporate culture development and internal communications support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Search , selection and adaptation of new employees, including onboarding and familiarization with corporate values;
• Assessment of employee performance, organization of training and development for professional development;
• Development and implementation of motivation and compensation programs, control by system of labor remuneration;
• Support of effective internal communications, organization of meetings, events and collection of feedback from employees;
• Formation and support of corporate culture, organization of team building and corporate events;

• Consultations on labor issues and cooperation with the HR department on compliance with regulatory and legal requirements;
• Resolving conflict situations and managing internal relations company.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in HR in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, management or related specialties;
• Knowledge of labor legislation and the basics of personnel administration;
• Ability to work with HRM systems and office programs (MS Office, Google Workspace);
• High level of communication and organizational skills;
• Experience in production will be an advantage.
