• Managing the full recruitment cycle — from finding candidates to hiring.
• Organization and control of the process of adaptation of new employees, support at all stages.
• Organization of educational programs, trainings, coaching for improving the qualifications of employees.
• Development and implementation of motivation systems that help increase engagement and productivity.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation, monitoring of compliance with labor legislation.
