Our company has a vacancy "Warranty Specialist".

Requirements:

• higher/medium-special education (automotive or technical profile),
• ability to work with service documentation,
• confident PC user (Word, Excel), "1.S.",
• desirable work experience at a car service enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• formation of complaint acts;
• consideration and satisfaction of consumer claims;
• decision-making regarding the need for warranty repair;
• preparation of statistical data for the Distributor;
• control of accounting and storage of advertised details;
• preparation of requirements-applications and other reporting documents in accordance with the requirements of the Warranty Policy of the Distributor Company;
• li> analysis of the reasons for the rejection of complaints;
• maintaining a database.
