HR-Generalist in Anybusiness Consult

Ukrainian marketing company WeBrandLab, which helps companies all over the world achieve the desired results in the search for an energetic HR-Generalist! Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's HR strategy;
• Establish effective hiring in the company (quality search, evaluation, closing of staff list );
• Process feedback on vacancies and maintain a candidate database;
• Create internal and external personnel reserves for positions that exist in the company;
• Set up HR processes ( if there is none)
• Develop the employer brand and corporate culture within the company;
• Work with improving communication in the company;
• Maintain a positive psychological climate in the team;

• Provide reports on work performed

Professional skills:

• Knowledge of personnel selection and adaptation methodology
• Practical experience in closing vacancies
• Understanding personnel onboarding methods and systems
• Experience in employer brand development activities and internal communications
