Requirements:

• secondary special or higher education (law, economic, accounting, etc.);
• knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials on accounting and personnel movement and the basics of labor legislation of Ukraine.

Working conditions: five-day working week, 8:00-16:30

• Proceed hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation;
• Keep P-2 form cards of employees, make appropriate changes to them;
< li>Fill in and make timely changes to the work books, keep their records, scan them to the PFU and ensure their storage; wages, including for child care;
• Control over the preparation and observance of annual vacation schedules.
• Keep records of data on disabled people.
• Keep personnel registration in the program "Registration of medical personnel of Ukraine".
• Issuing certificates of labor activity for hospital employees.
• Preparing drafts of personnel orders;
• Working with temporary disability certificates.
• Maintain and store the personal files of bookkeepers.
