Ritrama Ukraine is an exclusive representative of the world-famous brand Ritrama (Italy), with a 15-year history. We are part of the FEDRIGONI manufacturing concern, which operates 21 factories around the world with an annual turnover of more than $10 billion.

Our main product is self-adhesive materials used in manufacturing and trading companies, as well as in printing and advertising businesses. We are a young, successful and ambitious company that, starting in February 2022, is increasing work productivity and actively supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

We invite to our team an HR Generalist who knows how to strengthen business through HR processes and leadership development . Our company consists of up to 50 employees.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring a high-quality team composition through effective recruiting
• Regulation of employee functionality and basic business processes
• Implementation of a system of motivation and evaluation of staff performance
• Support and development of corporate culture
• Organization and launch of the adaptation system in the company

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education (economic, sociological, psychological)
• Has successful experience work as an HR Generalist, the only personnel manager
• Has experience in trade and manufacturing companies
• Self-confident, with a proactive life position and high professional motivation
• Has developed communication skills and organizational abilities
