The main functions of the position:

• Organization and management of the department, operational management of processes;
• Maintaining communication with clients;
• Maintenance of document flow, according to the needs of the department. Interaction with other divisions;
• Management of personnel, organization of work and performance of service provision;
• Budgeting, control FOT, management and control of expenses;
• Execution of director's orders, at the request of business, etc.
• Experience work in the position of executive director/operational director/unit manager;
• Experience of working with a staff of 200 or more employees in indirect reporting;
• Experience in managing operational processes;
• High level of organizational abilities, communication skills. Speed ​​in taking actions.
• Availability of a car.
