- Building and monitoring the implementation of the company's HR strategy
- Retention of key employees
- Organization and control of HR initiatives in the company
- Systematization and ordering of HR processes (onboarding, performance review)
- Preparation and control of the implementation of the hiring plan companies;
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience with HRM systems (Peopleforce, Hurma, etc.)
- Hiring abroad (UAE, Cyprus preferably, or others jurisdiction)
- Understanding key indicators in HR, the ability to implement and monitor them
- Stress resistance
- Ability to work with short deadlines
- Understanding that HR is not a friend of all employees, but a key employee who takes the side of management and protects the interests of the company
