What will you do:

• Management By the HR department: Organization of the effective work of the HR team to ensure high standards in all HR processes.
• Development and automation of work processes: Preparation and implementation of new processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of personnel.
• Analysis of the labor market: Assessment of the situation on the labor market, adjustment of working conditions for employees in accordance with the needs of the company.
• Strategic HR management: Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy to achieve business goals.
• Organizational planning: Evaluation and improvement of the company structure, forecasting of personnel needs in all departments.
• Recruitment team coordination: Providing recommendations at the final stage of candidate selection, maintaining high standards in personnel selection.
• Development of corporate culture: Employee motivation, conflict resolution, holding 1:1 conversations, organization of corporate events and team building.
• Training and development: Organization of training programs for departments, support of professional development of employees.
• Support of an ecological microclimate in the team: Regular "check- apps" to identify problems and dissatisfaction, work with outgoing colleagues.

It is important for us:

• Experience in an HRD position or a similar position in a company with a staff of 100 or more employees.
• Experience in developing and implementing training and staff development programs.
• Ability to work with performance management and performance evaluation systems.
• Ability to implement changes in the company, adapt organizational culture to strategic business goals.
• Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and make data-based decisions.
• Skills in conflict resolution and effective interaction with all levels of employees.
• Ability to maintain and develop a corporate culture consistent with the company's values.
