Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (BO "BF "SSS") announces an open competition to fill the vacant position of HR assistant (Specialist with employment 3423) in the"Supporting the capacity of state institutions and local communities in strengthening the system of social protection in Ukraine",which is implemented by the "BF "SSS" with financial support UNHCR.

The team of BO "BF "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators and at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for resumes using various search methods;
• Publishing vacancies on various job search platforms;
• Planning and organizing interviews / meetings;< /li>
• Checking candidates' resumes and recommendations;
• Conducting telephone and personal initial interviews;
• Communicating with candidates after the interview: providing proposals for cooperation or refusals;
• Participation in adaptation activities for new employees;
• Execution of tasks within the framework of the organization's HR procedures.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the HR field ;
• Experience in recruiting;
• Knowledge and understanding of HR processes;
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite;
• Ability to follow deadlines;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Ability to work with confidential information and information containing commercial information;

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage).

The competition will be held in four stages: the first - rating resume, the second stage is the performance of a test task, the third stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage, the fourth stage is the provision of recommendations.
