We are looking for an an HRD result who can independently develop all areas of HR and implement best practices for the work of 200+ employees.

We are currently looking for an HRD, whose duties will include:

  • Participation in the development of company plans and strategies
  • Employment management and recruitment planning
  • Ensuring recruitment activities, implementing recruitment procedures and policies, participating in interviews and making recommendations to candidates
  • Management of personnel development and identification of potential employees
  • Management of the salary system, development of motivational programs, including OKRs and KPIs
  • Management and coordination of the personnel evaluation system, both by competencies and 360 degrees
  • Management of staff retention and motivation system
  • Support of organizational changes, formation of new vacancies as needed of the company
  • Preparation of the necessary reports on personnel and analysis of metrics
  • Control and organization of corporate personnel training
  • Ensuring work with personnel reserve
  • Management and optimization of costs in the department personnel
  • Development of corporate culture and organization of team-building events

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in the field of HR at least 5 years
  • Real successful experience of building, organizing and implementation of internal HR processes in the company
  • Communication and presentation skills at a high level
  • Orientation on quality and results
  • Experience in implementing and managing changes
