We are looking for an experienced Manager < b style="font-weight: 700">HR department.

Functional:

• Full cycle of personnel documents: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, dismissal, vacations, sick leave of employees in accordance with current legislation;
• Formation and management of personal files of employees;
• Accounting and storage of work books, calculation of work experience, issuance of a certificate of work activity employees;
• Maintenance and amendments to the company's staff list;
• Internal reporting for the company's management and for government bodies;
• Maintenance of military records at the enterprise;

• Search and recruitment of personnel.

• Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekends - Saturday and Sunday;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative and normative legal acts in the field of work on issues of military accounting;
• Knowledge of 1C 8.2/8.3;
• Methods of finding personnel.
