Main responsibilities:

Organization of processes of attracting and evaluating candidates, which allow for informed hiring decisions, ensure an effective process of onboarding and adaptation of newcomers.

Increasing the company's personnel potential, organization of processes of professional development and personnel training.

Together with key managers, increase the level of staff involvement, the formation of positive relations in the team and the development of corporate culture.

Supporting the business owner and managers in building a system for rewarding personnel, making systemic and individual personnel decisions.

Together with line management, development and implementation of projects and tasks related to increasing the efficiency of structures, processes and systems in the company.

Requirements for candidates:

System knowledge in the field of personnel management, awareness of modern methods and systems of personnel management. Understanding of systemic interrelationships and long-term consequences of the implementation of various HR tools.

Practical skills of analysis and optimization of HR processes.

High communication skills, the ability to listen, identify the non-obvious, argue, and form general approaches to solving challenges.

Orientation on quality results, the ability to build process quality control systems.

Orientation on the internal client.

Adaptability and stress resistance.< /p>

Working in an office, as it requires constant interaction with the business owner and key managers.
