HR department specialist in Ekspres-T

The company "Express-T" is an international company that specializes in providing logistics services in the field of express delivery. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a HR specialist for our office in Kyiv. 

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position ( desirable)
• Experience with the accounting system 1C 8.3, MEDOK
• Competent oral and written communication, attention to details

Requirements responsibilities for the management of personnel records:

• Compilation of personnel orders and management of personnel files
• Filling and accounting of work books
• Compile and keep a time sheet
• Make vacation schedules and staffing schedule
• Keep registers (orders, employment contracts, work books, etc.)
• Compile and send a notice of admission to work in the SFS
• Calculation of vacation reserve
• Submission of statistical reports on salary (1-PV, 3-debt)
• Calculation, registration and payment of electronic sick leave

• Trial period - 1 month
