• Search and select the staff of the MRC, adapt employees, register and report, identify the personnel reserve
< li>Communicate with the HR Department on recruitment issues.
• Cooperate with colleagues from the personnel department.
• Consult and organize document support for personnel
• Monitor the labor market .
