HR department assistant in Vyriy

In connection with the expansion, we are looking forHR Assistant.

You will perform the following tasks:

• organization and participation in HR events held by our company (birthday greetings , anniversaries, holidays, corporate parties, team building);
• help in writing vacancies;
• ordering corporate gifts;
• maintaining a corporate channel companies;
• filling in the HURMA system and maintaining tables on personnel matters;
• meeting candidates on the first day of work and carrying out onboarding;
• communication with candidates, supporting them on at all stages of recruitment;
• assistance in the administration of recruiting processes so that no talent is left out;
• providing support in the HR department regarding organizational and administrative issues;
• assistance with the preparation of employment documents.
