We are presented in 7 EU countries and dozen thousands of our B2B EU customers use our cards in more than 28 countries.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Analysis;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to work effectively with databases and large datasets;
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query and PowerPivot;
  • Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis results clearlyand effectively.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare HR analytics analyses, reports, and presentations to support datadriven decision-making;
  • Create and develop tools that facilitate data reporting and analysis for HRfunctions;
  • Participate in projects focused on the automation of HR processes to enhanceefficiency;
  • Build and monitor key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities;
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure that HR initiatives are alignedand effective;
  • Report performance results and insights to the HR Director, providing actionablerecommendations.
