Responsibilities:

• Conducting trainings and seminars for employees of the Institute's client companies;
• Implementation of ready-made programs for the development of psychological competencies and soft skills;
• Analysis of the needs and skills of employees for their professional development;
• Tracking and evaluation of training results and the effectiveness of conducted trainings;
• Performance of other tasks related to related to personnel training and development.
