We are looking for an HR analyst who will help turn data about people and processes into understandable conclusions for making management decisions.

What you need to do:

  • collection, systematization and analysis of HR data in all areas (compensation and benefits, training and talent development, recruiting and adaptation, personnel administration);

  • preparation of regular HR reporting and analytical materials for management;

  • development and support of HR dashboards and metrics;

  • analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes and preparation of recommendations for their improvement;

  • participation in forecasting personnel needs and planning numbers;

  • supporting the HR team in working with data and analytical requests;

  • participating in the automation of HR processes in the role of a business analyst.

This will require:

  • work experience with data analytics (preferably in HR or related functions);

  • confident command of Excel,Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools

  • experience with HR systems or databases would be an advantage;

  • skills in preparing reports and analytical presentations;

  • systcritical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of information;

  • attention to details and responsibility for data quality;

  • understanding of HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) will be an advantage;

  • experience in reporting automation.
