HR Business Partner of the Service Department in Biosfera, korporaciya

Biosphere Corporation — one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of household, hygiene and professional use goods in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (TM "Freken BOK", "Smile", "Selpak", "Vortex", "Novita", "PRO service", "GRAFF" and many others) invites to its team a HR Business Partner of the Service Department.

In this position, you will contribute to the achievement of the business goals of the operational direction by implementing effective HR solutions, advising managers on team management, staff development and increasing team engagement (Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, IT, Legal, Financial, Control and Audit Departments/Divisions).

Main key tasks to be implemented:

• Consulting the heads of operational functions on all HR areas: team structure, selection, adaptation, development, evaluation, motivation and staff retention.
• Participation in organizational structure planning, workload assessment, optimization of numbers and roles in divisions.
• Support of recruitment processes: definition of profiles, interviews, adaptation of new employees.
• Identification of training needs, initiation and support of employee competency development programs.
• Implementation of initiatives to improve cross-functional interaction, increase the level of service for internal customers, development of corporate culture.
• Monitoring the level of involvement, motivation, climate in teams; participation in the development and implementation of improvements.
• Consideration of HR risks in business decisions, participation in changing the organizational structure, restructuring of functions, succession planning.
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures adapted to the needs of the operational direction.
• Analytics and reporting on personnel, participation in personnel planning.
• Mediation of difficult situations: conflicts, low efficiency, demotivation, decreased productivity.

• Higher education (management, HR, psychology).
• HRBP/HRG experience.
• Understanding the specifics of operational functions (logistics, procurement, finance, IT, etc.).
• Confident mastery of HR tools: selection, adaptation, assessment, development, talent management.
• Analytical thinking, system approach, change management skills.
• High communication skills, ability to work with managers at the partnership level.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, to take responsibility.
