Key responsibilities:
- Development of category development strategy and tactics;
- Creation of brands "from scratch", development of restyling/updating existing brands;
- Development of positioning and communication strategy of the brand;
- Formation of goals based on brand indicators and control of their achievement: market share, knowledge and consumption;
- Development and implementation of a brand promotion program (Digital, ATL / BTL), effective budget management;
- Effective management of the product portfolio of brands: assortment, channel pricing, profitability;
- Development and control of the implementation of sales plans by brands: annual and monthly planning;
- Development and launch of new products that strengthen the brands in the market;
- Identification of brand growth opportunities and preparation of relevant proposals for initiatives;
- Development of training for categories and brands;
- Participation in projects related to participation in exhibitions and international competitions.

Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in a similar position of 3 years in FMCG companies. Experience working with strong alcohol will be an advantage
- Education in economics or marketing
- Experience in successfully bringing new products/brands to the market
- Experience in basic marketing processes (market analysis, development of brand positioning, development and promotion channels, work with product portfolio);
- Knowledge of the main tools of marketing research and their application in the analysis of adjusting the market situation;
- Knowledge of media planning indicators;
- Knowledge of economic indicators used in marketing statistics (sales, sales, profitability, market share, distribution etc.);
- Knowledge of the principles of working with trademarks and intellectual property, legal literacy in contractual activities
- Structured approach and work in multitasking conditions
- Developed communication skills, experience in conducting training, demonstrations and presentations.
- English at the upper - intermediate level.
