We are looking for an HR leader who thinks in terms of business categories and is ready to influence the company at a strategic level.
What you will do:
• Develop and implement the HR strategy
• Manage the HR budget
• Build a recruiting system (reporting to the recruiter)
• Develop the employer brand and corporate culture
• Implement performance processes (1:1, 360°, evaluation, engagement)
• Support managers in changes and transformations
• Control personnel accounting in interaction with finance We expect:
• 5+ years of experience in HR (IT / tech / system integrator (advantage)
• Experience in creating and protecting HR strategy
• Closing management positions
• Deep knowledge of KZpP (including martial law)
• Experience managing a recruiter
• English Upper-Intermediate
