Now we are looking for an experienced HRBP< /b>,to bring the HR department in our company to a new level.

We want to significantly improve our processes, namely:

  • Implement HR metrics.
  • Recruitment: strengthening the recruiting function; development of profiles and job descriptions, as well as adjusting them if necessary; recruitment planning; sometimes conduct interviews.
  • Adaptation of new employees: improvement of the process of adaptation of newcomers, improvement of current onboarding programs, transition to a new LMS; monitoring the effectiveness of adaptation and feedback.
  • Staff development based on competency models: determining the training and development needs of employees; assistance in organizing various trainings and educational programs; participation in building interaction between divisions.
  • Motivation and involvement: work with the motivation system (tangible and intangible) and organization of corporate events to maintain a positive atmosphere in the team.
  • Performance evaluation: participation in evaluation of employees' work, development of a KPI system and regular analysis of results.
  • Maintenance of internal HR processes: creation and support of internal company policies; conducting HR analytics, reporting on key HR indicators; launch of the HR process automation program in the company; formation of the company's structure and personnel policy within the framework of the company's strategy.
