Specialist in e-learning in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team a Specialistin the direction e-learning. 

What needs to be done:

• Management and administration of the e-learning platform; 
• Technical support for users in the e-learning system: consulting, assistance in using educational materials, creation of instructions for users;  

• Development of electronic courses, tests and surveys (methodology, cases, interactives, scenarios) with the participation of representatives of business areas;

• Technical support for distance learning: coordination of webinars, video courses, work with participants, including processing and posting of video materials;  

• Systematic study and implementation of the latest e-learning technologies, best practices in training practice;  

• Development of proposals for improving forms and methods of education;  

structural divisions of the Company;  

• Optimization of HR processes (automatic mailings, reporting, etc.);  

• Participation in international projects aimed at improving the Group's processes.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in creating electronic courses and administering a learning platform (LMS);  

• Ability to work in Articulate Story Line, Content Studio, Acrobat;   

• Owning modern distance learning tools (LMS systems, interactive platforms, webinars in the Zoom program);  

• Understanding the methods of developing training programs and evaluating the effectiveness of training.  

• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level;  

• Ability to work with a large amount of information, analytical skills;  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
