HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Blizenko

The chain of stores "Blyzenko" is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Partnership with managers in all HR matters, daily HR support.
• Analysis of team development, structure and competence needs.
• Participation in staff performance improvement projects (assessment, KPI, productivity).
• Working with staff turnover, conducting exit interviews and developing retention plans.
• Supporting changes in divisions, supporting managers in communications.
• Working with team climate and culture, conflict resolution.
• Participation in talent development and human resource planning.
• Collection and analysis of HR data, preparation of reports for management decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR from 2-3 years (preferably in the role of HRBP or related areas).
• Understanding of HR processes: performance evaluation, talent management, staff retention.
• Skills in collecting and analyzing HR data, preparation of management reports.
• Ability to work with conflicts and support changes in teams.
• Developed communication and analytical skills.
• Proactivity and flexibility in working with managers.
• Higher education (psychology, personnel management, economics or related fields).
