- Availability of laptop or computer and stable internet
- Work experience of 2 years or more in HR Manager/HRBP/HRG/HRPP positions
- Knowledge is welcome English at B1 level (not required)
- Experience with basic HR processes (On-boarding, Off-boarding)
- Knowledge of the specifics of On-boarding, Off-boarding

- Support of HR processes (On-boarding, Off-boarding)
- Performance of personnel evaluation
- Performance ofsurveys on satisfaction and loyalty, processing of results and development of action plans
- Selection of employees into the personnel reserve and support of their development
- Help in creating PDP (individual development plans) for employees
- Organization of employee training
- Conducting 1:1 meetings, analysis of wishes and comments to improve the atmosphere in the company
- Participation in planning and conducting corporate events (team building, professional holidays)
