We offer a unique opportunity to take part in the business expansion of an international group of companies with a retail network and production in Thailand and Poland, which is engaged in legal licensed activity in the field of sale/import of cannabis products. For the successful start of operations in Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced proactive HR Business Partner who can take on the tasks of building HR processes from scratch and recruiting, onboarding and motivating staff. Involvement in the international part of the business is also planned. We expect: Experience of 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience; Skills in multi-channel personnel search, versatile knowledge of methodologies/tools for selection and competency testing; Skills in assessing personnel competencies and building a development/motivation plan; Project management/prioritization; Experience building HR processes from scratch; Organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills; Flexibility/adaptability, independence/self-organization, positivity, proactivity, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, multitasking, emotional maturity; Understanding of commercial processes. Upper-intermediate English level and above. Main tasks: Short-term: Implementation of the recruitment plan; Development and publication of vacancies together with line managers, conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates; Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company. Medium-term: Creation and implementation of a systematic approach to personnel training and development; Creation and implementation management performance in the organization. Monitoring, evaluation and improvement of work productivity in various units; Creation and implementation of a culture of staff development, involvement, openness and feedback; Ensuring effective communication and pro-active interaction with various units of the organization; Formation of corporate culture and support of team spirit; Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, development of the company's organizational structure.
