Weare looking for a HR-business partner who will work as part of the Talents team.

Your future role will consist of:

  • building trusting relationships with leaders and helping to align priorities of people management with business goals;
  • cooperation with Centers of Expertise (Learning, Recruitment, C&B, Performance) and ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of key Talent processes in accountable business units;
  • helping managers with understanding data and supporting them at all stages of interaction with talents;
  • using quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks and opportunities;
  • preparing recommendations and supporting leaders in making informed decisions;
  • coaching managers on effective leadership, holding Performance and Development conversations, developing team interaction and supporting organizational changes;
  • forming a positive and consistent employee experience — from the adaptation of new colleagues in the business unit to attracting and retaining talent;
  • supporting cultural initiatives, participating in the implementation of changes and strengthening behavioral standards and values of Deloitte;
  • participation in communication and explaining the need for organizational transformations;
  • interaction with teams of other departments within Talent? projects and initiatives.

What is important to us:

  • experience working as an HR Business Partner or HR?Generalist;
  • ability to influence, advise and build trust with leaders of various levels;
  • the ability to work with people insights and turn them into business-oriented recommendations;
  • strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply;
  • proactivity, independence and balance in decision-making;
  • knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
